Ray Potes is the founder and editor of Hamburger Eyes, the self proclaimed “most epic magazine ever.” Focusing on black and white photography, the tri-annual publication is an outlet for photographers staying true to the documentary-style roots of the medium. The makers of the mag are busy bees, as they also run a darkroom and digital facility called the Photo Epicenter in SF.
Growing up in the small beach town of Encinitas, Ray joined the ranks of skaters and made zines to stay entertained.
